We design and manufacture 3D-printed toys and novelty items. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in colour, finish, and texture may occur.

All products are described as accurately as possible; however, images are for illustrative purposes only.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

• Our toys may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazards unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Some products may have moving parts, sharp edges, or breakable components.

• Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.

• Products are not intended for rough or excessive use.

• Items are not food-safe unless explicitly stated.

• Our products are not medical devices and must not be used for medical purposes.

•It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for the intended user.

Where applicable, products are supplied in accordance with relevant UK legislation, including:

• The Consumer Rights Act 2015

• The General Product Safety Regulations 2005

• The Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 (where applicable)

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Personalised or custom-made items may be non-refundable unless faulty.

If a product is faulty or unsafe, please contact us immediately.

We shall not be liable for:

• Misuse of products

• Damage caused by improper handling

• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

All designs, images, and content on this website remain the property of  BoloLabs and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
